Important information

Delivery timings: 
We post cakes Monday to Thursday via First Class Royal Mail, and they should arrive the next day (more than 9 out of 10 First Class items arrive the next day). No signature is required.
We normally dispatch within two working days after you place your order. If you need your cake more urgently, we may be able to dispatch it sooner, but please give us a call to confirm this before you place your order.

Payment:
Payment is securely provided by PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account; PayPal allows you to check out using your debit or credit card without having to log into PayPal. Our website does not get access to any of your payment details. 

Storage and keeping:
Our cakes keep well for 2-3 days in a tin. They don't need to be kept in the fridge. They can be frozen; just give them a couple of hours to defrost before you eat them. 

Ingredients and allergens:
Our kitchen is completely vegan; we don't use eggs or dairy or any other animal ingredients. However, we do use nuts, including occasionally peanuts, and wheat flour, plus sesame seeds and sulphured dried fruit. 
Your cake will be accompanied by an ingredients and allergens list. We cannot guarantee that there are no nut or gluten traces in items that don't contain nuts, wheat flour or other gluten-containing ingredients. Therefore if you have an allergy to these ingredients, please contact us to discuss.

Privacy policy:
We won't share your name, address or contact info with anyone else, ever.
