Vegan Biscoff cake

For those who love those yummy little Lotus Biscoff biscuits, here's a Biscoff cake. Three layers of moist Biscoff Brown sugar vegan sponge, layered with Biscoff vegan buttercream, and decorated with Biscoff piping! Decorated with a sprinkling Biscoff biscuit crumbs, plus a spritz of gold edible lustre, the cake looks a million dollars.

This cake can be personalised with the addition of a handwritten fondant plaque on the top of the cake.

(Unfortuately, this cake cannot be offered gluten-free as Biscoff contains wheat.)
