We collect your name, phone number and email address upon ordering. If you choose a cake for shipping we will collect a postal address. All payment information is collected separately by our secure payment provider (Stripe). We keep a record of your order history on our invoicing system. We will never share you details with third parties. You can request a copy of the details we keep about you at any time, and you can request deletion at any time by getting in touch with us on yummy@kindcake.co
