Vegan Coffee & Walnut cake

This is my childhood favourite! Coffee & Walnut. Three layers of soft, moist coffee sponge made with freshly-brewed coffee. Filled with coffee vegan buttercream (more fresh coffee). Decorated with piped scrolls and freshly-chopped walnuts, a dusting of cocoa powder, plus a spritz of gold edible lustre.

This cake can be personalised with a handwritten fondant plaque with your message on it, added to the top of the cake.

This cake is also available in three sizes, and is available gluten free if required.
