Allergens: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this cake will contain soya, GLUTEN (wheat) and NUT (trace almond oil). Made in a kitchen which uses wheat flour, sesame, nuts, peanuts, sulphites, mustard, celery, lupin.

Ingredients: sugar; self-raising flour (WHEAT, GLUTEN or gluten-free); organic soya milk (organic soya beans SOYA); rapeseed oil; organic vegan margarine (shea, coconut, rapeseed, almond oils (NUT); salt, emul-sifier (sunflower lecithin), carrot juice, lemon juice, natural sunflower oil flavour); organic vanilla essence; salt. Plus variously: organic fairtrade cocoa powder; freshly-grated carrots and freshly chopped walnuts (NUT); fresh lemon juice and zest; freshly-brewed organic fairtrade coffee.
