Vegan Christmas Fruit Cake

Here's a vegan fruit cake to help you celebrate the Yuletide. Two layers of light fruity, nutty and lightly-spiced cake, with marzipan in the middle, and fondant covering. Decorated with a gold stars motif.

Available in a 7-inch diameter cake serving 10-12 slices, or an 8-inch diameter cake serving 16.

The cake is available gluten-free, also, just select when you order.

Collection available any time in December including Christmas Eve, just pick your date and time at checkout. You can also get in touch with Helen on 07941 959950 to order and schedule. This cake can be frozen and brought out on Christmas morning to defrost ready for Christmas teatime. (If you want Christmas cake for breakfast, bring it out on Christmas Eve - no judging!)
