Vegan Tiramisu

Finally, a genuinely delicious vegan tiramisu! This gateau, an Italian favourite, is spectactularly sumptuous. This vegan tiramisu has a delicious vegan mascarpone filling, laced with marsala wine. The freshly-baked almond and vanilla sponge is soaked with freshly-brewed coffee. Layered with organic, fair-trade dark chocolate flakes. It's totally dairy free and also egg free, yet you wouldn't know it's a vegan dessert.

This makes a fabulous dinner party desert, and gives you 12 good portions. The tiramisu keeps well for several days in the fridge, and also freezes beautifully, so you can get it ahead of time and bring it out to defrost on the morning. Perfect for a grown-up Christmas Day treat, or on Boxing Day when everyone is tiring of Christmas pudding and mince pies!

This dessert is palm-oil free, and also dairy-free and egg-free, like all our cakes. It contains soya and nut (ground almonds). It can be made gluten-free on request, simply select when you order. It contains alcohol - marsala wine.
